First Successfull 911

dont know y i was a bit crazy about calling 911 and informing about something that has happened. Guess what i have done it once (unsuccessful) in sunnyvale. I was coming back home from work. 17 South lekar 280 north towards san francisco liya. as soon as i was on 280North, i saw black cloud of smoke in front of me .. i thot somewhere something is burning .. did not think it could be vehical burning on the highway. as soon as i saw it ... i thot of calling 911. the white mini van type transport vehical was standing on the shoulder with the front portion (engine) in flames. I actually saw flames .. :)) .. called 911 .. they asked the details .. then was transfered to fire dept. they asked me the egjhact location ... i told them .. then they said let us check if someone has already been dispatched... and the answer was ... fire personal are on their way ... thanks for the call :)).

now the successful 911.
we were going for lunch. at the intersection of IL60 and Route45, one of the cars banged inot the other one right in the center of the signal. I did not see the accident, but i guess it was just 30-45 seconds that it had taken place. immediately i pulled out my phunwa and called 911. told them the details and they again checked if they have been informed .. they said they will send someone right away. A lady and a young guy involved in the accident were busy quarelling just like indians :)) ...in the mean while i did this act of 911 :))... the cops reaching within 1 min or soo .. when i came back after lunch around 40 min later .. everythin gwas cleared and the vehicals were being towed away. fortunately nobody was hurt.
